Please come join us for our 32nd Annual Retreat/Business Meeting on January 26th from 8:45-3:00 PM at the San Andreas site. This is the one time each year where we get together from all of our sites to talk about the vision and future of Mountain Oaks. Our families are the driving force of everything we do at Mountain Oaks, and we need your input during the Retreat and also on the Annual Surveys. We will be serving a light breakfast of muffins, Danishes, and fruit for our parents and high school students. Participants are asked to please RSVP by January 21st so that we can have a count turned into the lunch catering company (La Esperanza Taco Truck). We cannot guarantee lunch for anyone who signs up after the deadline.

We ask that our Parents and our High School students complete the Annual Survey by January 19th to allow us time to gather the data and present it at the Annual Retreat. We know that your time is valuable and have updated and shortened the survey a lot. This information is very valuable to us in the planning for the next school year. We use this for planning workshops, field trips, special events, and curriculum purchases. This information is also used to figure out how we can improve our school and what the needs and wants are of our community.

Slip, slide, and slime your way to the finish line for Mountain Oaks Science Camp! This obstacle course based mud runs proceeds will go towards supporting our schools TK-12 Science Camp

Our Science Camp Counselors are excited for the Slug Slide, and we hope you are too! Make sure to sign up on the school website and get your packets from the front office to get your sponsors over winter break. See you on January 22nd to get muddy and raise money for Science Camp! As the holidays approach we want to remind Mountain Oaks families about the eScrip program. All you have to do is create an account with eScrip, register your store cards and credit cards and then just shop like you normally would and the school will receive a percentage from the merchants who are participating in the program. It's an easy way to help earn money for the Mountain Oaks PTO. Thank you for your Support! Posted 11/5/25

Thank you to the Green Team for putting together an amazing Wreath Making experience for our families tonight, December 11th. This Green Team fundraier made $220.00 and taught families a new skill that they can use next year to make more wreaths for their homes. We hope this can become a yearly event.

We will be offering our Santa's Helper program again this year for our Mountain Oaks' families in need of gifts for their children during the holiday season. Families must complete 1 online form per student before November 12th.

Starting November 13th Santa's Helper can come choose a numbered ornament from our Santa Help tree with information about the wants and needs of a Mountain Oaks student in need. All of the Santa's Helpers gifts are due by December 10th.

Families in need will need to pick up their gifts from December 15-18th. Any gifts not picked up by 4:00 PM on December 18th will be donated to Santa's Express.
