End-of-Year Party & Baking Contest Everyone is welcome to join us at our End-of-Year Party at the San Andreas site on Tuesday, June 3rd from 10:00-1:30. We will have a softball game with staff, students and parents; followed by Crafts & games, Picnic time, and the Student Baking Contest. We will end the day with sprinkler time to allow everyone to cool off. The PTO will be selling snow cones for $5.00 as a fundraiser. Baking Contest:Entries Due by Friday, May 30th, at 4:00PMOne student from each grade level division will be awarded a prize for First Place.A Grand Prize will be awarded to the overall winner of the contest. Baking Contest Rules:1. Submissions must be home baked2. Types of desserts that may be entered: Cakes/Cupcakes, Cookies, Brownies/Bars, Cobblers/Pies3. Items must be clearly identified by your full name and grade level4. Submissions will be judged on a scale from 1-5 in the following areas: Presentation, Texture, Taste and Overall Impression5. Items must be delivered to Tan Oak no later than 10:20 AMJudging will begin at 10:30 AM 6. A Grand Prize will be awarded to Item earning the highest points.
