We ask all of our families to take a few minutes and complete a Workshop Evaluation form for each workshop their children participated in that semester. This information helps us with planning workshops for next year, address any issues or concerns and to share the praise with the workshop teachers. Amber Pappe will be taking our graduation photos again this year. Families may purchase a photo package which will include 1- 5x7 Individual photo, 1 -5x7 Individual photo of student receiving diploma and a 5x7 class photo. The cost is $30.00. You can either bring in a check (made payable to Amber Pappe Photography) to the Sutter Creek or San Andreas site or you can use the following link for Paypal: [email protected] or Apple Pay: (209) 743-7398. Payment is due by May 23rd. If you are doing an electronic payment, please make sure to add a note, if possible, to include your graduate's name and Mountain Oaks Graduation.

The Eighth Grade Graduation Ceremony will be on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Mountain Oaks gymnasium. We will do individual photos, then the group photo, followed by rehearsal. Graduation begins promptly at 6 PM. Graduates and their families should consider the significance of the event and dress according. Graduation Photos money is due by May 23rd. Families can submit 1 baby photo of the graduate for the yearbook by June 5th by emailing Samantha at [email protected]. Yearbook orders are available on the website. All Graduates need to complete the graduation survey before May 13th. Click article title to complete the survey. Posted 3/16/26

We are in need of some photos for the 25-26 Yearbook. If your student attended any school events or field trips and you have photos to share, we would be happy to have them for the yearbook. If your student didn't have their photo taken during Photo Day you can still submit a photo for the yearbook. To submit photos for the yearbook, you can email [email protected] or submit them directly to the Yearbook website (this would be best if you are submitting a lot of photos). We especially need more photos for the following events: Kick Off Kamp, Science Fair & Share Day, Valentine's Day, and Dell'Osso Pumpkin Farm Field Trip. Even if you only have photos of your own child at the field trip or event, it still helps.

We love it when parents or students that attended an event or field trip create the yearbook page for that item. You can tell it is done by someone who really cared for the events and it is done with love. If you are willing to create a yearbook page for a specific event/field trip, please contact Samantha at [email protected]. Our yearbook program is very easy to use and we can send you a video tutorial on the program or you can contact Samantha and she will meet with you to show you the program.
