Spring Celebration & Egg Drop Contest This year's Spring Celebration will be on Friday, March 20th from 11:00-3:00 at the San Andreas site. There will be crafts, Egg Hunt and the Egg Drop Contest. Families are encouraged to bring a Picnic Lunch. If you have students participating in the Egg Hunt, please donate candy or treats to fill the eggs by Wednesday, March 18th to Dana in the front office. All students are encouraged to participate in the Egg Drop Contest. Prizes will be given for different grade spans. Anyone interested in participating MUST sign up by March 18th. Posted: 2/12/26

Math Curriculum Hello Mountain Oaks Community,At our last meeting, the Program Committee recommended two updated math curricula for board adoption: the newest versions of our current Ready and Primary Math programs. The newer versions meet the new Math Framework requirements for California Department of EducationWe would love your input! We will have review copies available in the library on March 9th from 2:00–4:00 PM for staff and community members to explore. Please note that we are also continuing to research additional math programs for potential adoption later this school year.The recommendation to adopt these updated versions will be on the agenda for the Mountain Oaks Board meeting on March 18th at 5:00 PM.Thank you for your continued support of our students' learning!Kathleen
