Winter Craft Day December 13th from 10-3:00This wonderful event is open to all Mtn. Oaks families. It is a wonderful day full of crafts, fun, food and games. Crafts 10-12:00Potluck 12:30-1:00Cookie Exchange 1:00-1:30Volleyball Game 1:30 until we are worn outCrafts:We will have about 10 different crafts for kids to do. These make great gifts for family or friends or even to hang on your tree. Parents should plan on bringing a flat box of some sort to transport all of their wonderful treasures. Many of the crafts involve a lot of glue and therefore are transported best when they are not stacked on top of each other.Potluck:Everyone participating in the potluck should bring a dish to feed about 10 people. Please bring the following items if your Last Name starts with:A-J: Main DishK-S: Side DishT-Z: DessertCookie Exchange: This is a family favorite each year. Anyone interested in participating need to bring HOMEMADE Cookies or Desserts and 10 copies of the recipe to share with others. Participating families can sample the different items and take a copy of the recipe home to use later. Volleyball:Everyone is encouraged to stay and play volleyball. This is a lot of fun. Last year was amazing. We had parents, staff, high schooler and students as young as Kindergarten playing. It is good for kids to see that parents and staff can play games too.
