Workshops

The 26-27 Fall Workshop Schedule has been approved and is posted for families to review. We also have posted a separate Workshop Course Description document to give a brief description of the workshops. Workshop registration will go live on the Mountain Oaks website on Tuesday, August 4th at 8:00 AM and registration will close on Tuesday, August 11th at 5:00 PM. Some of the workshops fill up very fast - within minutes of the registration going live. Here are some helpful tips to make workshop registration as easy as possible.
1. Review the Workshop Schedule and Course Descriptions prior to registration and have list of what you want to sign up for. Workshops will be listed alphabetically on the registration form.
2. Be ready to sign up at 8 AM.
3. If you are on the Mountain Oaks website before 8 AM, you will need to refresh the page at 8 AM to have access to the registration form. This is the most common problem for families. If you do not refresh, you will not see the registration link.
4. To complete the Workshop Registration form all you have to do is enter your students' first and last name for each workshop that you want to attend.
5. Students must be up-to-date or have a waiver (medical or IEP) on file to attend any school group activities - which includes workshops.
6. Families will be emailed (per the email address listed on the registration form) to let you know which workshops your student got into or if they are on a wait list. We will also inform families if we do not have up-to-date immunizations so that they have time to turn in the immunization records for us to update our files.
