AB 84 Update News

There have been significant amendments to AB84 since our last post. The following link shows what they redlined (removed) and the blue font color is what they added. We are getting closer to a bill that is equitable for all schools. The Charter School Development Center is asking us to continue to advocate for SB414. This senate bill addresses audits the state is requesting and the CSDC is in favor of this bill passing.
Please continue to follow AB84 and SB414 as things change rapidly this time of year.
