End of Year Library Information

Dear Mountain Oak Families,

We are close to the end of another great year, hopefully full of learning and fun! With the close of the year brings time to return or renew your Library materials and your Chromebooks.

By the end of the school year, June 2nd, please bring all checked-out Library materials and Chromebooks back to the Library or Site that you checked them out from. If you would like to keep things over the summer that is no problem, but we need eyes on all items before we can renew them.

This helps us keep an accurate inventory and know what materials we need to replace due to wear and tear.

If you need your Chromebook over the summer for coursework, the Chromebook will also need to be brought in to be inspected and for the new school year's contract to be signed. Please note: any Chromebooks not returned or renewed will be locked.

If you have a circumstance that will prevent you from making it into the site and renewing your material, please contact your mentor teacher or one of the library staff and they will explain the process for renewal by photo in that situation.
