Please reference the graduation guidelines previously shared by your mentor teacher prior to attending. Here are some of the key reminders from those guidelines:

Each family is allowed one (1) vehicle for the ceremony. There will be no exception to this rule.

You must show up during your scheduled window of time. Vehicles not scheduled to be on campus will be asked to return at their designated time.

If you miss your time slot you will be asked to come back during the last time slot for the day. Please note your Mentor Teacher may not be in your photo or here to see you if you miss your scheduled time.

Vehicles will be guided through checkpoints here on campus and passengers are required to stay in the vehicle until they reach the diploma reception area. Passengers will be allowed out of the vehicle to take photos of you and your Mentor Teacher when you reach the commencement stage and diploma reception area. We will also have a professional photographer onsite to take photos of the graduates and their Mentor Teacher.

All Social Distancing and CDC guidelines are to be enforced. If you are sick or anyone in your party has been sick in the last 14 days, you cannot participate in the ceremony.

If you have questions or concerns about the ceremony, please reach out to your Mentor Teacher and/or the Mountain Oaks Office regarding your questions and concerns.

Again, congratulations on your achievement, we are proud of you and remain excited about the opportunity to celebrate with you.
