About:
I am a first year teacher here at Mountain Oaks who has worked in the Education field for three years as a Special Education Aide for preschool aged students. I work predominantly with K-8 students and teach Wee-Folks and Foundational Learning for TK-2. I also have taken up 3-5 science, and am very excited to begin these courses.
Teaching Philosophy:
Everyone can learn, and everyone learns in their own unique way. It is our privilege as parents and educators to provide our children with the tools to learn and understand our world.
Interest:
I love hiking, backpacking, and any other things that allow me to be outdoors. I enjoy spending time in my garden and walking my dog.
