Pre-Registration

Families may complete the Pre-Registration form below to be added to our waiting list which will be used for any future openings.

To Enroll:

1. Students must live in one of the following counties: Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, San Joaquin, Stanislaus or Tuolumne

2. Students must turn 5 years old by February 2nd.

3. Students must not be older than 19 years old.

4. Students cannot be currently Expleed or under an Expulsion contract.

5. Students within the SARB (Student Attendance Review Board) process must complete 1 semester of successful attendance at the school district of residence before being able to enroll in Mountain Oaks.
