“Personal Quote.”

When I was teaching in the traditional classroom, I wrote a new quote on the board everyday.  I loved reading new tidbits of wisdom. I found that my students looked forward to each day and would remind me if I had been in too much of a hurry to change the quote the next day. I would just encourage every person to randomly read books with quotes as a way to brighten your day and expand your thoughts.

Teaching experience: I taught Agriculture at Amador High School from 1994 to June 2001. I was the FFA advisor and taught Ag Science, Horticulture, Floriculture, Horse Husbandry and coached several judging teams. I resigned in order to be a full time mom to our two sons.  In order to strengthen my elementary experience, I spent a semester volunteering at San Andreas Elementary concentrating on early literacy and reading.

Interests: Playing with my boys is #1 then I enjoy reading, camping, fishing, reading, dog training, Soduko puzzles, reading, wrestling with my boys, and did I mention reading?
