Anne Colman

B.A. – English and History, University of the Pacific

M.A. -- English , Sonoma State University

Ph.D. – English, National University of Ireland , University College , Galway

Credential: Clear Multiple Subject K-12 with CLAD. Highly qualified teacher in English and History.

 

 

“Education should be a nurturing, fulfilling and fun part of life. Learning is a life skill and creating a life-long learner is the goal.”

 

Nine years as a Mt. Oaks mentor teacher for grades 7-12. Three years teaching college courses and graduate seminars. Two years as a Jr. Research Fellow at Queen’s University, Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Interests: World literature and history, Celtic studies,  poetry, creative writing, research techniques, exceptional learners, UC/CSU and college prep students, needlework, enjoying life, family and friends.
