1.         CALL TO ORDER:

1.1.  Request Facilitator – Dianne M.

1.2.  Request Minute Taker – Jill T.

3.        CONSENT AGENDA

3.1.  Approval of Agenda:  Motion to approve agenda with changes made 
by Anne C, 2nd by Valarie R - unanimous (added 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.6)

3.2.  Approval of previous minutes:  Motion to approve minutes made 
by Anne C, 2nd by Valarie R - unanimous

3.3.  Review of Action Items from Previous Meeting: need to ask 
Melissa for an update on furniture inventory at Pine Grove site




4.        COMMENTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS:

4.1  Site is closed Thursday and Friday for Frog Jump

4.2  June Newsletter deadline announcement

4.3  Point Reyes camp cost is $10


5.        REPORTS

5.1.  Ione Site Update (Anne) –Anne reported that the final version 
of the lease information is coming soon.

5.2. Living History Day Report (Rose/Pat) – Rose reported that Living 
History day had 30 children and 14 adults in attendance.  Rose 
expressed positive feelings about Kennedy Mine and planning for next 
year's event.

5.4. End of Year Pool Party (Rose) –  Pool party is scheduled for 
Wednesday, June 4th with a cost of $1.25 if people want to swim.  The 
underwater robotics class will do a demonstration of their robot at 
the pool party.

5.5 Budget (Anne) – Anne reported that the budget has gone through 
finance but we have no further information yet.

 

5.6 - Workshop Committee Report, Anne reported that there are 33 
returning workshops and 15 new workshops, making a total of 48 to be 
offered next year.


6.        PRESENTATIONS:


7.        OLD BUSINESS

7.1 Report on Star Testing (Anne) – We achieved 95% for STAR testing 
which will generate an API.


8.        NEW BUSINESS

8.1.  Set dates for next year (per Samantha via email)

8.1.1.      Winter Craft Day - Motion to set next years Winter Craft 
Day date for Friday, December 12 depending on volunteers to run it 
was made by Anne C, 2nd by Valerie R - unanimous

8.1.2.      Share Day – Fall - Motion to set next years Fall Share 
Day date for Friday, October 10 depending on volunteers to run it was 
made by Anne C, 2nd by Valerie R - unanimous

8.1.3.      Share Day – Spring - Motion to set next years Spring 
Share Day date for Friday, May 8 depending on volunteers to run it 
was made by Valerie R, 2nd by Anne C  - unanimous

8.1.4.      Back to School Pot Luck - Motion to set next years Back 
to School Potluck date for Wednesday, August 20 from 11am-3pm was 
made by Anne C, 2nd by Jill T - unanimous
