4.1.  Deadline for December Newsletter is November 21^st.

5.        REPORTS

5.1.  Brown Academy (Anne) – Anne updated the Committee on Brown Academy and the joint meeting. Discussion took place. From early evaluation of the families using Brown, the Joint Implementation Board will recommend to the Governing Board that Brown Academy be part of Mountain Oaks School indefinitely.

5.2.  Halloween at Brown Academy (Rose) Rose reported that the Halloween Party went well. Discussion about clean up took place.

5.3.  Winter Craft Day Update (Valarie) – Valarie was not present.  Tabled.

5.4.  Technology Report (Janet) – Discussion about the Technology Committee took place.

5.5.  Pottery (Rose) – Rose reported on pottery. Rose moved that the special rules of pottery be removed and the normal off-site workshop policies be restored. Anne seconded. Discussion took place.  Motion passed unanimously.

6.        PRESENTATIONS

7.        OLD BUSINESS

7.1.  Review and set committee goals for 06/07 and 07/08. (Anne)  --On-going.

8.        NEW BUSINESS

8.1.  Teen Group request for Ski day on Dec. 5^th (Ruby/Kyle Z) – Tabled due to lack of representation.

8.2.  Teen Group request for Global Village (Ruby/Kyle Z.) – Tabled due to lace of representation.

8.3.  Amador Site would like to move the Winter Craft Day to Tuesday, Dec 18th.  Event will be held in lieu of primary group per Rose's ok. (Tracy) – Tabled due to lack of representation. Discussion centered on the number of agenda items without representation. There needs to be someone present to speak about the item or something in writing needs to be given otherwise the item will be tabled regardless of timeliness.
