ROP Programs The local Regional Occupational Programs are a great opportunity for high school students to get a head start on a profession. These are career training courses to prepare for employment. As residents of Calaveras and neighboring counties, students are eligible to attend the ROP classes at the high schools, as they are county-run programs. There is also the possibility of attending the Amador and Tuolumne classes by contacting the local county offices.
