Sports Physicals

Sports Physicals are being held on Monday, August 18th, at the San Andreas Elementary School from 1:00 to 3:00, by appointment. The cost is $20. You must have a physical on file with the Athletics Department before participating on any Mountain Oaks sponsored athletic team. A parent or guardian must be present to sign the consent form for the physical.

Please call 754-0532, ext. 262, to set up an appointment. Only 20 physicals will be done. Please leave your name and number.

Drop-ins are welcome, however appointments will be given priority.

OPEN GYM
Mondays, starting June 16th, San Andreas Elementary, 6-8 PM, Open to all high school students, including incoming freshman!

Fall Sports
Fall sports begin on Monday, August 18th. If you are a high school student and are interested in playing soccer or girls volleyball, please sign up in the San Andreas site office or contact the Athletics Dept. at 754-0532, ext 262.
Physicals will be held at the start of the season. Date and time TBA.
